    I accessed the chat feature to ask some questions about recharging the T7 batteries. I asked about dock ***** and if it would work. ******* just copied and pasted the website description. I told her I read that but the wording stated "typically" and I was wondering if it would still work. She said the 6 bay would work. I stated that it said the same statement of "typically". She responded that she knows for a fact that it would work and that I should not read into the word "typically" to much. So I asked her about the single bay ***** and if I should not read into the same "typically" statement found there? Due to her responses and the non-certain language of the website it was a valid concern. She accused me of arguing with her and disconnected the chat. I attempted to reconnect without success. The price of the different options range from 300+ to 1300+. It is reasonable for me to have questions to make sure I get what I need.

    I have tried to get a refund from Axon since January 2021. The money I paid was for a instructor course ( law enforcement) but Im now disabled,so attending the course would have no benefit and I cant physically attend the course anyways. In June of 2022 Axon agreed they would return my money ( I have the email confirming this) and it would be within a 3 month period. I followed up a few times via email and was told some ridiculous excuses for how it was to be refunded after initially being told they would mail a check to me. Eventually they stopped returning my emails, when I call Im not given any information and lastly was told just prior to Christmas 2022 that my case was being escalated for someone to call me to get this resolved since it has been 7 months since they agreed to refund my money. This week I have called and emailed , again, with no response. I want my money back as it paid for a service I did not get nor is it physically possible for me to get now . I'm uploading a copy of my emailed receipt from the company and some emails where ** told to provide my address to mail the check and the time frame to expect it within.
