    my bathroom faucets are leaking- i kept the box, and it states 'lifetime warr' - on sat aug 13 i contact **** at mico, he says send him pics, which i did - on monday aug 15th, i call him again, and he says he will call back. no call back. so yesterday i call again and he says he will sell me the stems for 50% off - i ask him what does lifetime mean and he says the company is out of business.... this guy is a total scam- read some of the reviews on yelp- total scam...

    I will not respond to this person. Here is a copy of the email that he sent me. He did not wish to talk. I gave him a reasonable answer but instead yesterday he hung up on me and today he sent me this email. Unfortunately, it is less than $100 issue that I could have easily solved but he took it to this level and I cannot give into such a person. Good luck to you ***************************

    if i could , i'd give **** at mico ZERO stars- my bathroom faucet is leaking, for some reason i kept the box, and it clearly states 'lifetime warr' - i called **** (lets call him 'DICK') on sat. he says send him pic's which i did of the box , as well as the quality control tag (****) . he told me to call him which i did on monday. he says he will call me back... no call back, so i call him yesterday- he says he can send me the stems at 50% off.. when i asked what does 'lifetime' mean, he says the company is out of business...

    so to be polite to 'DICK', take the stems and shove em up your f**** ***..

    this guy is a scammer - i called him on sat, sent the pics as he requested , called him on monday and he said he would call back, no call back. i called him again on tuesday, and as stated he said he can give me the stems for 50% off... it is clearly stated on the box... 'lifetime warranty' 

     

    so i sent him a nasty-gram - as stated go onto yelp and read the reviews... there is no question he is a low-life... 

     

    i would like an explanation what does 'lifetime warranty' mean???
