    Disappointed, to say the very least. I'm quite embarrassed to say that I used to hold this business, and its owner, *******, in high regard. Having been a client for many years, I went to the owner herself for not only services, but also when I purchased many of the products she sold. What went from an overall happy experience became a case of hiring an attorney to reclaim money for a service that I paid for, but never received. In the summer of 2022, after a few years of living offline while completely "revamping, recalibrating, & recreating every aspect of my life & business", ******* offered her newsletter subscribers deals on select services. To summarize, we exchanged a few emails, I chose my service, got her info she needed/requested, and paid my invoice. Then...nothing. After a couple weeks of no further response whatsoever, I reached out via every channel I'd previously been able to reach her to ask for a refund (I have proof of everything) but got no reply. With no other choice, I was forced to hire an attorney who sent her a Letter of Demand, which magically got her attention! Two days later, I (finally!!) received an email refund via PayPal, which lacked an obvious apology, basically alleging the bank put a hold on my money, and that the credit card processor wouldn't issue a refund for at least 90 days after a dispute is made. She claimed a work around was email refunding me now and stated that I'd also get the bank refund once the time limit for chargeback resolution was resolved in 90 days (I have proof of this, too). While that's an odd d explanation & way to resolve the matter, I patiently waited for the rest of my refund. After 90 days, I reached out for an update and, again...nothing!! This is about principal and doing right by your clients. I'm confident she has done this to others so if you are a victim also, please share your experience here. Due to this unfortunate (and totally preventable) situation, I will never do or refer business here again.
