    I'm sad to write this review, because I was hopeful about this company, due to reading their reviews. Unfortunately, after giving the owner a few chances to prove me wrong, it did not happen. It started from the beginning, 1.5 years ago. I scheduled an eyebrow microblading. Morning of appt, I received a text canceling the session. It was rescheduled & I showed up to find an unorganized owner. In appt, the light circle that she uses fell on my face! It cut open my lip, was swollen, & brusied my gums. She was apologetic/comped the service, but it was unsettling. The next appt, to touch up, she canceled the morning of my ********* rescheduled. It went fine. Now, just over a month ago, I went back for a touch up. Day of, I received a text saying she was running behind & asked if I could come in 15 late. Yes, as long as we finished at the same time, to go back to work. Text few in later "where are you at", at the time of my original appt start time. Confusing. The appt was fine, but at the end I kept having her fix one of my brows as they didn't match. She tried to fix 2 times & finally I had to leave for work. She said she'd fix it if its still off after healing. It was very off after healing and I messaged her 3 weeks after offering pictures/asking to get scheduled to get it fixed. She replied a day later and said yes, it will be a quick fix. Then I sent pictures and she never gave times to schedule 3 days later I followed up to get scheduled, as I'm embarrassed by the brow and wanted it fixed. No reply, I replied again, stating how dissatisfied I was and she finally responded saying it's been a crazy month and she's not ignoring me. She scheduled me, canceled the morning of, again, reschedulded. I showed up to my appt and she wasn't there. I called her and she said she wasn't coming in and was sick. I was appalled by this stated how unprofessional it was and that I was furious and needed to hang up. She did not follow up. This is unprofessional on so many levels.
