      Do not do business with this place. It is a scam. They charged me for an order and it was promised to be delivered two days ago. They refuse to answer emails and their listed phone number just goes to voicemail and they dont return calls.

      Ordered placed online on 12/18/23 for 3 day shipping. No order, no response and I dont know how to get my $144 back

      Ordered from their website charged me around $41 on the 10th they have not process it yet it's supposed to arrive on the 15th- 16th of December. Emailed them twice with no response. I read the reviews here and it looks like this site is a scam so Im disputing the charges . I don't think I'll get my money back but if anyone reading this do not buy from avalanche vapes. They will quickly charge you but will not deliver your orders. They don't respond to emails also.

      Placed my order from ** on 13/11/23.. paid over $58 for the shipping. As of 22/11/23 and numerous emails with no response, I still haven't received my order OR any explanation! Terrible, awful company DO NOT USE I will be filing an official complaint as Avalanche have my money but no goods!!

      The only complaint I have is how long it takes to process and ship an order every single order has had a 10 day processing period and takes about 3-4 days to get here. This last order though I ordered last month like 20 days ago on January 22nd still has not been shipped and it's February 13th my order has as been paid and I can't seem to get a response on when my order will be shipped normally there pretty good about responding to messages but this past week I've had no response on many messages I've sent about this order.
