    I opted to seek the services of this business to help get my daughters (************************** 12th Grade, ************************* 10th Grade) recruited for college volleyball. I heard nothing from the team after except for reminders to upload video and pictures. In the meantime, my father passed away and my children were separated consequent of my ex-husband and mines parental custody agreement. No colleges were ever contacted as neither of my daughters accounts were activated online. When I inquired about a full refund as no services were rendered, I was denied and told to read the cancellation policy. For no services rendered, they were paid ******** dollars. It was not until later after speaking with multiple parents that this service was a scam with a very low success rate for those who are able to activate their accounts and move forward. I even attempted to upload videos of my daughters which was even more disappointing. After waiting over 10 minutes to upload one 1 minute 23 second video, I decided to stop trying as I had months worth of footage. I saved money and worked hard to pay this company and they are able to keep people's money in such a way is insane.

    First of all we are very sorry to hear about about the loss of *********************** father, we understand this can be a difficult time.  Our prayers are with her and your family. 

    It saddens us to hear that she thinks our service is a scam.  It seems like in today's world if things don't go people's way it automatically must be a scam.  Over the last 8.5 years NPID has been extremely successful connecting athletes with college coaches and guiding them through the recruiting process. 
    *********************** daughters have been members for over 6 months now.  We've communicated with ******************* 10+ times reminding her to fill out her daughters profiles and get video to our video team.  Our video team also walked her through the steps on how to get the videos uploaded.  College coaches require us to send them film to recruit the athlete.  To date, we have still not received any footage from ******************* or her family.
    ******************* did not pay $4,000 to our company as she claims. That's more than double what she actually paid...for 2 accounts.
    *********************** signed up her 2 daughter's, one is a senior and one is a sophomore.  While discussing their accounts a month ago, we informed her there's still time to get both of them recruited.  However, ******************* let us know that her senior decided to no longer play volleyball in college.  We came up with a solution to upgrade her sophomore to our highest membership with unlimited everything.  ****************** has not responded since.
    There's still time in the recruiting process, we hope ******************* reaches out.

    in response. I was mistaken and was charged ******* for both girls. I have correspondence with the video team from when I attempted to upload video and could not due to a technical error. Even a small video less than 1 minute stayed on the downloading page continuously and was never downloaded. The longest I wait before leaving my computer was 1 hour for a 30 second video. The video team was not help. I am quite offended by the inclusion of myself into the stigma of "people today thinking everything is a svam if it doesn't go their way". I hardly consider my daughters members with never completed profiles. Any business who goes through this much trouble over **** dollars with such a high density client base is hard to take serious. Despite my view of this company being influenced by numerous players and players parents. I've heard "I wish I would have known before you paid" has been told to me multiple time.
