During the second weekend of November which I believe the date was somewhere around the 12th of 2022 I was asked to go on a timeshare presentation with this company and I was promised a $50 **** gift card and a 7-in tablet. I have been on many timeshare presentations previous to this and always got the expected or promised prize at the time of completing the presentation. I was very annoyed that I was then told at the completion of the presentation that I had to send in for the promise gifts and send a self addressed stamped envelope at a specific size to an address in ******* which I did immediately on approximately November **************************************** to send what the proper amount of stamps and the proper size envelope and they were supposed to send me back to gifts. When was the $200 restaurant gift certificate and the other one was a $50 **** gift certificate which was what I decided to get in lieu of the tablet because they were going to charge a lot for shipping to get an item instead of a gift certificate. Also I promise the tablet to my child and because they were expecting it that day I had to go out and buy them one out of my own money so that's how we came to different gifts I have no impatient as it is now the first week of January so it is way past the 4 to 6 week waiting period that I was promised to get the gift back. I have called them several times and every time get an answering machine that nobody answers or nobody calls back? I haven't been able to find any other information on this company but I do see a one-star review from one other person a company that's apparently been in business 7 years? there was no money exchanged on my part except for the self-addressed stamp shipping that I send them and the afternoon of my time to go to the timeshare presentation along with the full tank of gas that it took me to get to the place and I stayed in a hotel overnight. I would like the two free gifts that was promised
