  You know when you step in quicksand, and the more you struggle, the deeper you sink? That's what my timeshare felt like. I kept throwing money into it, but it was like pouring water into a leaky bucket. So, I thought, why not?I gave them a call, and it was like talking to a long-lost friend. My consultant made me feel heard, which, let me tell you, is a rarity these days. They took one look at my timeshare mess and said, "We've got this." And man, did they ever. It was like watching a pro football player dodge tackles, make incredible plays, and charge down the field for a touchdown.When I finally got the call saying, "Your timeshare contract is terminated," it was like waking up from a bad dream.   This company is a scam. I just had a phone call for an hour with a rep and he was saying everything I wanted to hear until he asked me for my social security number and my drivers license number!! Im not understanding why thats even important to have. He mentioned that is how they look us up to confirm identity for the application to see if we will get approved. He mentioned prior to that, that its a fee of $177.06 monthly which I was fine with because he said the entire process typically takes anywhere from 4 months to one year. Once he told us we were approved and we can continue, he sent an agreement for us to sign which was a loan installment contract!! HOW IS THAT HELPING?? From one loan to the next!! Complete fraud. He never mentioned this. Why am I financing $4,765 plus *****% interest which equals $6,374.16!!! He never mentioned these figures to us until we saw the contract we had to sign. I immediately told him NO and we want to cancel! Now we feel like our personal information has been compromised because we provided private information thinking we were being helped by a legitimate timeshare exit company but we were LIED to and TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF just like when we got the timeshare. This is absolutely unacceptable and unfortunate. Im disgusted with the service I received/

  WARNING:Legacy Exit Group practices robocalls. Robocalls are illegal. They have called me every day, trying to get me to get out of my timeshare. I don't own a timeshare. I do not live in Arizona and I have never made any attempts to keep representation in regards to timeshares, ever.I am in the Do Not Call Registry. I have been on there for years. I notified one of their representatives, *** that I am in the Do Not Call Registry, after receiving a robocall from them. I asked *** to take me off of the list as I did not want to escalate this. ***, placed the call on mute. I did not hear anything from him. I asked him again, if he could remove my number from his list and told him I will escalate this, if he doesn't respond. He did not. I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry and am seeking the name of their *** or equivalent to file a complaint with the ******* Bar.If this company knowingly practices robocalling, which is illegal, what else are they capable of doing. As any attorney will tell you, ignorance is not a defense. Regardless if the *** or CEO or their equivalents are aware of how clients are obtained, they are ultimately held responsible for their company's actions. If I am able to stop this firm's practice of utilizing robocalls, I will be satisfied. Let them advertise like every other company.Please check: 15 U.S. Code **** Paragraph 3
