  I enjoyed the presentation and thought this would be a valid way to get out of my timeshare. I am happy to say that I am now free of my last 2 properties, and have already used my club membership twice to make vacation reservations. They took a while to get it done, but did everything they promised. I recommend this if you have timeshare you want to be free from.

  My wife and I own several timeshares which in the beginning made sense for our family travel needs. As the family aged the type of travel my wife and I did were more destination oriented so use of most of the timeshares diminished. In mid 2023 our community hosted a presentation from Travelo. The target audience was perfect for them. We went in thinking of getting out of one but put three on the table for consideration. These were a combination of points based and weeks. The process took about four months as described. The Travelo team was always available to give progress updates and it was so great to get that last message saying the deed was transferred and we no longer had to pay those maintenance fees. Their travel platform, Travelo, is definitely worth looking into as well. Our experience was so great I've passed along this team to relatives of mine looking to exit as well.Just a word of caution and it's not about the team process. The process is "smooth as silk" if your own your timeshare outright and are current on maintenance fees. If you have an outstanding mortgage or in arrears on fees you will need to pay them off first. It makes the process so much easier to exit. Unless the timeshare company is willing to take back the unit trying to sell or give away your unit(s) is cumbersome. These guys take away a lot of the pain to exit.

  I have owned a time share since 2006 which is the type that has "credits" or "points". We lived in ****** and originally this was perfect for me and my two young children because the cost was reasonable, our income limited and access to book and use points for short vacations was perfect. Over time the cost increased significantly, the contract rules changed and it was very complicated to use. I did not want to leave this ownership with my grown children to deal with in the future.Once we tried to sell our points but that turned out to be money wasted. I attended a seminar in our community that was presented by Club Travelo. I wasn't hesitant (my husband was) but I felt they would have been vetted by our community Board or they wouldn't be able to come to our community. The presentation was personable and professional. I convinced my husband to go to the later session. We decided to pursue selling our timeshare. Our first contact was in April and we closed the transaction in August - almost exacty 4 months to the day. Travelo representatives were always available if we had questions and consistently in contact with us throughout the process. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend We Want Your Timeshare and Club Travelo for anyone. This is an extraordinary company providing an exit from timeshare ownership.

  A family member had used We Want Your Timeshare to transfer their timeshare and, based on favorable experience, recommended them to us. We had been trying to sell ours through on-line advertisements for many months, with no interest. We contacted We Want Your Timeshare and worked with Club Travelo and Resort Closings to transfer title to a new owner. The whole process was very detailed and transparent, and all the representatives with whom we dealt were professional, friendly, and helpful. Throughout the process, none of the representatives made exaggerated claims; rather, they were extremely practical and informative, which is rare these days. We were ultimately provided with a copy of the transfer deed that was filed with the county land records reflecting the change in ownership. We contacted the resort by phone, who confirmed that their records reflect the contact information of the new owner. The entire process was highly satisfactory, and the result is a relief.

  For the past few years we have looked at various options for exiting our four time share contracts. None of these options looked legit until we attended a seminar hosted by Travelo. We were impressed with all the folks presenting their program. We signed up at that meeting in December and we were time share free by July. The time required to complete the process would have been much shorter with a little cooperation from the time share company, We received regular calls from Travelo keeping us informed and asking how we were doing in our efforts to complete our part of the cancellation. Our time share company would not allow a third party to assist so we had to complete the quick claim deeds and submit to the time share company. After many delays and excuses from the time share company, we finally have completed the process, but we could never have done this without constant help and encouragement from Travelo. We will recommend this company to all who are ready to exit their time share interests.

  I was very hesitant to work with any company that offered to relieve us of our timeshare. But after a 20 years ownership I knew it was time.. I went to one presentation given by the owner of Resort Closings, *********************, and signed a contract with her. The process was long, almost 8 months, involved some paper work, and two payments on our part. But everything was explained to me. ****, the transaction coordinator, kept me informed throughout the entire process. She faithfully called me every 2 weeks assuring me that the closing was on target. I was emailed all the final documents. Now I no longer have to worry about passing on the costs of a timeshare to my daughters.I highly recommend this company.

  We Want Your Timeshare and Club Travelo are excellent. What they start, they finish! Our ************** interest process started in January 2024 and ended in June 2024 as promised! **** communicates with you every two weeks about the status of the documents which is greatly appreciated. Resort Closings opens an account in your name with a reference number that you can review online to see the status of the transfer as documents get sent between parties. I am very pleased with their process, communications and people. I would highly recommend them to others seeking to vacate a timeshare. When We Want Your Timeshare is back in the **********, ** area, I am willing to give an in-person testimonial to the session participants.

  My experience with this company was totally positive. They gave me information about their business and what to expect. Everyone that I have spoken with has been knowledgeable and patient. The timing for me was more difficult than I had expected and I had no difficulty in contacting them and changing my original plan. I hadn't had any problems with my timeshare but my plans for travel had changed over time so I felt the need to change the obligations to this type of ownership. I appreciated a quick and simple solution.

  Never was happy with timeshare ownership. Aging out,wanted to unload. Wasted money over and over using different companies that never came through. After attending a seminar with "Give Up My Timeshare" sounded like a different procedure and they actually transfer your deed to themselves . The fee was less than other exit programs so took a last ditch effort. We were still in contract with another exit company that gave us the runaround for 3 yrs and the best they could do is tell us not to pay the maintenance fees until foreclosed. We were fearing this would ruin our credit. **** helped us cancel the contract with the scammers (no money back of course) and began process of transferring title out of our name. There were a few glitches along the way.Our timeshare company was very difficult, but we are happily now free of the burden. Took about 6 months ,but some of the delay was on our end. So glad we found "Give Up My Timeshare".There new name is "We Want Your Timeshare" What a relief!
