      Hello I have been going through the home buying process with my senior citizen mother as she relocated to be close to me and her grandson. In trying to find her a home we have had our closing dragged on and on by an extremely unprofessional branch manager named ************************* from first arizona title. Every time I have called she tells me there is some issue that is not her fault or started talking over me and mostly was unavailable until wiring of funds. Telling her I was going to wire the funds the night before and calling to get status the manager proceeded to constantly interrupt me and tell me further how this was their fault and finally wouldnt allow me to speak. When I did finally interrupt her to speak she raised her voice and started talking over me. Shocked I waited till she was done and asked her excuse me who is your boss. She said Im branch manager indicating nobody, I had to ask her again so you have nobody above you? She didnt answer ? I then asked for the corporate number when I did she interrupted yet again talking louder this time to the point it induced a migraine. When I asked her why she kept cutting me off she said because you cut me off. I stated there is no because I am your customer and you have been talking over and raising your voice the entire time for the last time who is your boss? She finally answered and said call ******************* at ************ which I did. The boss called back and kept trying to shift the focus of the call from accountability for her branch manager to the already delayed closing. I pointed this out and asked for some ownership of the horrible customer service we experienced she said that she would talk with her and shes never had a complaint about her before I then told her thats probably because I to ask her three times on who to call as her boss and shes making herself out to be in charge. Upon providing the number she hung up on me. **** says they will talk with her I feel nothing will be done.
