    Over the years we bought our three cars from this outstanding dealership - AutoWits. Our buying experience was "no pressure". We got the cars we wanted not like other dealers that pushed and pushed their cars on us. Financing at AutoWits was simple. From running our credit to financing, it was all done quickly and simply on the stores tablet. No paperwork! We left AutoWits knowing we had the car we wanted, and with the friendly back up and support of AutoWits service. Thank you AutoWits Team! We will be back!

    My father was sold a 2019 Audi Q7 and since he has had it, its not only been in the dealership shop for 24 days out of the 2 months of owning it, but the vehicle is falling apart. Needs engine mounts, both exhaust systems are failing, speedometer problems, Audi pre sense is faulty and will randomly stop the vehicle. The extended warranty we got doesnt cover ANYTHING, they declined all the repairs. The vehicle was supposedly inspected by autowits technician I believe 2 or three times before we brought it up to N ********** Audi there was no problem found according to autowits tech, but Audi found much more then expected. The owner ***** has been contacted by my father and myself yet we seem to have not agreed upon what we are going to do here, Im demanding they take the vehicle back as it was a polished t*** that was sold with a x warranty that is a waste of **** dollars. The autowits owner seems to believe we want to unwind the deal because we can not afford it. He is very wrong and If we couldnt have afforded it we wouldnt have signed the paperwork . We have offered to give autowits money back **** to take this vehicle and he said no. Its absolutely terrible business management and a dealership that would rather argue with the customer then try and make things right. This jockey lot is a joke , we have turned to the attorney general for some sort of resolution and to give them this vehicle that is just worn out hard and mechanically not been taken care of at all. Be careful with these dealership people at autowits they will act like they care and want to help then stab you in the back and wont even have a civil conversation to make this right. Beware and dont go here!!!
