  They offered me a refund on Airbnb if (and only if) someone booked the days I had to cancel and then took the listing off Airbnb the next day. But then kept it up on Vrbo. Such a scam. The reason I had to cancel was because the in-laws I booked the home for were in a car accident and in ICU. Instead of empathy, they took advantage of the situation. Scum.

  They are a total scam. Do NOT book with them or hire them for your STR! I was just scammed out of $1,100 because their property is unkept and has roaches where as my 16 year old is severely allergic. They are shady and have a bunch of greedy children running this company. Please do your research on this company- they are bad business run by a bunch of broke narcissists preying on families to line their pocket. Ill go into further details once we file our complaint with the bbb and file our lawsuit. BEWARE!

  We have repeatedly tried working with the owner of the property at ******************************************** with no results. They live in ********* ** so they are not here to monitor the occurring situations. This weekend May 18th group of people 10 + , loud music, smoking pot, disturbing neighbors as early as 4:30 in the morning. A flood light in located in the back of the house which shines in our yards where we can sit outside after dark. It affects other neighbors as well..Ask if they would change to a motion light,. We complained to owner but no response. Weve offered solutions to several other concerns but are not taken seriously. Can you help **.,..

  I have a nice 5 bed rental and hired Plushy Host to manage it for me. In the first 9 months, I have a **** rating on Airbnb after 48 reservations. I couldn't be happier with the performance of my short term rental and the team at Plushy - from the pricing analytics, guest communication to the cleaning services.   Plushy host gets 1 star because leaving zero stars is not an option. Booked ************************************* in *********, **. Paid extra fee for early check in after be told the property was clean and ready. THE PROPERTY IS INVESTED WITH RATS!!!!!!!!! We were greeted by a dead rat on the KITCHEN COUNTER directly in front of the toaster oven. After raising this issue, Plushy Host kept telling me that a manager would contact me to process a refund and, surprise surprise, a manager never called. I followed up several times. Had to get VRBO involved. Plushy Host then lied to VRBO telling them we stayed at the property for multiple days and wouldn't process a full refund. Maybe they forgot about the property access code we have specific to our reservation, so theres a record of if/when the property was accessed. I have no clue how places like VRBO or air bnb even allow this joke of a property manager to advertise on their platforms. DO NOT BOOK WITH PLUSHY HOST.

  Plushyhost is horrible. I asked for an appointment last week, and was given a slot the next day which was confirmed by an email. At the confirmed time, noone called and when I reached out to them by phone, after a long time, someone unfamiliar with the process took the call and promised to 'pass on the message'. No reaction after that whatsoever. HOWEVER, I did get two separate estimates of the review earning potential of the property I was intending to purchase. One with an estimate of $300/day and one with $119/day ! No explanation for the difference, and when I finally had them on the phone later, he wanted to do another estimate ! Obviously, you can only reliably estimate the revenue potential if you have seen the place, because the number of BRs and bathrooms and the location tells you only so much. In other words, the estimates you get are worthless. The person I spoke to got very defensive and rude, as he wanted to 'pull up information' and asked me for the address of the property which they already had in their system under my phone number. I hung up. It was just so obviously unprofessional and incompetent.
