    Stayed at andaz on Aug 17-Aug 18. The business informed me of the benefits I would be receiving given that I booked the stay via ****************' ********** and Resorts Collection program which included $100 property credit and a $60 breakfast credit. The stay was already prepaid so I anticipated no additional charges as long as I spent below the credits, which is what I did. However, after leaving the hotel, they charged me $363 with no receipt and no explanations. No credits were applied and I have now disputed this charge 3 times with **** with no resolution in sight. There is absolutely 0 transparency in the billing and they have fraudulently overcharged me and never applied the credits I was promised. This hotel is scamming their customers.

    Date of transaction: Sep 4th, 2023 The amount of money I paid: USD ******* What the business committed to provide me: USD ****** per night, total two night for USD ****** What the nature of the dispute is: Wrong billing invoice I made the reservation through Hyatt app to book a room for two nights stay with Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows on Sep 2th, 2023. The confirmation number is #********.And I've reached out with Hyatt customer service via app to apply my award for room upgrade. The ** confirmed it applied and I will receive the room upgrade to Sonoran Cabana with no additional charges. When I checked out, I found out the room charges billed at ******* in total. I had dicussed with counter and they revised to right amount. However when I'm back to home, they still charged me the same amount without any phone call or Email notification.
