On July 19, 2023, Plexus Worldwide LLC entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. The Settlement Agreement settles allegations that the business mailed packages with shortpaid postage and duplicated postage. Under the terms of the Settlement Agreement the business agreed to pay restitution in the amount of $232,776.69 and will pay a total amount of $600,000.
This action is final.
