      I renewed my subscription with them last month of $35.00. Right after i did that they sent me an email stating that an order (which I was not wanting) was on its way. I tried to stop the order from being sent but my Password, to get on the site, would not work. When i went to get a new one, they said they were sending me a Passcode, which I never got on either of my 2 emails which were registered with them. I requested that I could send back the products, and they did send me a return label, but they will not refund the taxes that were filed on that order. They did refund the amount of the product, which was $191.33. But the cost of the order, including the taxes were $206.27. I have never had a company keep the taxes on a product when the product was returned. Is it right for them to keep the taxes and pocket them? I don't think that is proper.

      I signed up for this last summer 2024 I was promised money if I signed up four people, which i did in a week or two, but that amount wasn't given to me monthly it was a bonus check only. With four people signed up, I couldn't afford the monthly drink. So i got online immediately and cancelled everything. Then I this month today July 2, 2025 they charged me a yearly fee and a montly fee. I double and triple checked with them last year made sure it was all cancelled and they said it was.

      This one time purchase left me feeling very deceived when I found out that I was being charged monthly without receiving any new product (which left me feeling very ill) and was completely unaware of any continuing subscription or membership seeing how an ambassador made the purchase for me because their website was freezing up therefore I had no way of knowing it was a subscription or a membership. Had this information been disclosed up front, I would have NEVER agreed to the initial purchase.I am beyond sick of these companies discreetly hooking people with monthly subscription and fees because they are not up front with the information.All companies should have to make subscription and membership agreements completely clear and upfront and NEVER in the tiny writing at the bottom of the page!!! IF YOU WANT RETURN CUSTOMERS THEN BE A BETTER BUSINESS!!

      Do not order anything from this company. I canceled my subscription and asked them to remove my card information and confirm they would not ship any more products to me. They confirmed this was done and then 3 weeks later charged me $173. I reached out to them and they said they had no record of this order. Now we are having to go through all the dispute process with our credit card company to get this charge reversed. Not worth it, steer clear.

      This company has been wonderful to me. They have always kept their word and have never, not once, caused me an issue. I feel better than I have in years and am glad to have Plexus as part of my life. Their products have been useful in helping me with many issues I have had, Im more like the old me again. The company gives back through philanthropy. They offer high quality products and I have been incredibly satisfied.

      Plexus deducted $183.99 for a monthly subscription order which I never authorized. Im having difficulty getting my money refunded. I have reported this to my bank as fraud.

      Pure poison in a fancy bag! Like clockwork I was having intestinal issues when I starting using the whey protein and it stopped when I stopped using. Was feeling healthy tried it again and it is pure poison. Any good reviews you see are from plexus sales department.

      They charged me $$619 for a product bundle I never authorized. When I sent it back they refused to refund me or let me speak to a supervisor. Worst experience Ive ever encountered with a company. Buyer beware!! Once they have your CC on file theyll claim you made an account and authorized such monthly fees. Then the burden of proof is on you to try to get it reversed with your banking company. Nightmare situation, poor customer service, no accountability within the organization. Run.

      I became sick after using plexus for months. I ended up in the *** Severe kidney issues, upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, throwing up, and abnormal daily feeling so sick. After weeks off of it I am starting to feel normal again. Never again.

      I have been a customer for over a year. About 6 months ago I cancelled a subscription with them but kept my membership. On 9/26 a yearly membership fee came out of my bank account and it reactivated my subscription it was a $143 charge. I did online chat this morning to get this resolved only to be told that they cannot cancel orders but they could process a return. That I would be refunded most of my money except they shipping charges to me and back to them and a $6 return processing fee. So Im not getting my entire amount refunded but just a portion because of an error on their part. This is completely unacceptable.
