All errors in ordering are the responsibility of the company and will be re-ordered at no cost to consumer.  Many products, non-commercial use, are backed by Manufacturers Limited Lifetime Warranty as well as a unique "No Questions Asked Warranty" of 5 years or Lifetime depending upon the product.  This allows for a one-time free replacement of the product during covered time frame for no reason (hence "No Questions Asked" for instances not covered by the Manufacturers Warranty (such as abuse or food stains, etc).
