If you must cancel 15 days’ notice before arrival is necessary for a full refund, less $50 per room processing fee. Cancellations of 14 days or less will result in the forfeiture of the entire cost of the reservation, unless the room(s) is/are re-booked, then the per room cancellation fee applies. If you shorten your scheduled stay within 14-days of your scheduled arrival or after you’ve checked-in, you will be responsible for the cost of your original reservation. No-shows will be treated as cancellations received within 14 days and will be charged accordingly. Trip/Travel insurance is recommended.
