    Purchased a tool box, as I opened at home it showed that it a use tool box that has been use as a store sample.
    Went to the store and talked to a manager named Jeff, and he informed the cashier to refund my money and for me to take the use damaged tool box home for free since all my troubles.
    The cashier and I could not believe his offer I thank him for his kind gesture.
    As I was leaving the store in front of many customers, the manager Jeff send another employee and he rip the tool box out of my hands, making me look like I was shoplifting. I'm 68 years old and never have been treated like this in my lifetime.
    I'm really hurt and afraid to go into a Ace store were you could end up in Jail!
    I have many witnesses including the cashier and will look for a good lawyer to re stable's my reputation in this small town!
    Shame on you Cottonwood, AZ ACE, I'm going back to my old store Home Depot!
