  ****** does not pay his bills nor will he return a phone call, text or email. I would be weary of working with him period.

  This company does NOT pay their bills. They also start work without permits costing their customers thousands of dollars more!

  *** worked for *********************** for 2 and a half years from 2020-2022 and 6 months this last round from 10/2023-3/15/2023. I left the first time because the organization and effectiveness of the company was in such a disarray that I felt there was no benefit to anyone to continue partnering w ****** to provide solar and back up energy services to the community. At first being new to solar I was learning under the guidance of the company owner ****** and his engineer on staff. Over time it became clear that he was able to design and bid the projects but very ineffective at purchasing materials and coordinating the work in a way that would complete projects. The main reason I left the first time is that we would be working on 4-6 job sites at a time trying to move along progress to prevent having to resubmit permits that had been open for upwards of a year in many situations and would affect the rebate rates that were negotiated in the original agreement. This feeling of people buying systems and having to wait upwards of a year to have any progress take place on their projects left numerous customers frustrated and often times their frustrations were cast upon the employees doing the work. At the moment I am aware that there are at least *************************************** maintenance that ****** has not been able to tend to. I have not been paid for a little over 2k for the last two weeks I worked for him and thats only the beginning. After speaking w the supervisor who has been ******* right hand man over the last 6 years and his other electrician it was made apparent to me that the supervisor himself was behind 3 paychecks, the electricians last paycheck bounced, the roofer *** we used on various projects is out 12k over the last 6 months, and the plumbing supplier at Rain Dance in ****** is owed 7k. Ive seen the poor business first hand over the years and the last six months resulted in me and many others being left for weeks w out pay for services completed
