    Bought a wine tour and listed pickup as ************ in **********. Never heard anything about that being a problem until less than 24 hours before the tour took place (when I could no longer cancel) and the customer service representative was very rude. Ended up going to the pick up location listed and the tour left us. No call, no text to confirm that we were coming. This wine tour was purchased through a third party, ******, and I do not want to pay for a service 1. I didnt get to take part in and 2. From a business with no professionalism with ********. I tried to reach out to this company multiple times with no response.

    We did a wine tour with this group. We agreed upon a ********** in advance, and the price was confirmed the day before the trip. We had exactly the number of people on the trip that we discussed the day before, I was billed for the agreed upon price the day of the tour, then was fraudulently billed an additional $300 on the day after the trip...and I did not give him any sort of permission to charge my card a second time. He refused to return the money. The address I entered is incorrect...but your system wouldn't let me enter an incomplete address. After reviewing the documentation, I found that they never provided an address on anything I received from them, plus there is no address anywhere on their website. Clearly a scammer. I do know that they are located directly across the road from the address I provided...so thats the best I could do.
