January 7, 2025, I purchased "Dragon Tamer" product from Elite Equine ******************** aka (EEHP) website. The "Dragon Tamer" product is advertised on their website (see attached pics relating to "Dragon Tamer" product) that they offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The 100% satisfaction guaranteed is mentioned twice. They also mention a product for horses with ulcers (which my horse doesn't have). I received the product and, following the directions that the company emailed to me (see attached), fed it to my horse 90 minutes prior to the event while she was still calm. My horse was not affected or calmed by the Dragon Tamer product at all. She was still difficult to control and in a very excited state once the event began.I emailed the company letting them know that the product did not work on my horse and asked for a refund.I received an email back from EEHP (see attached) saying I would need to feed MORE of the product to my horse and now on a daily basis, not just before the event as previously stated in the emailed directions to me (see attached). They quoted their sales agreement stating that I cannot get a refund unless I buy the Ulcer product. Again, my horse does not have an ulcer. Their email back to me also stated I needed to buy their "Ulcer" product to get a refund. I don't know why they insist my horse an an ulcer......, as they are not veterinarians and have not conducted any examination on my horse.I feel this website is deliberately poorly designed/written in the hopes of "hooking" people on the idea of a 100% satisfaction guarantee so getting stuck with the $130 cost for a product that potentially does not work is not such a risk. The 100% satisfaction guarantee stated on ****'s website certainly was the determining factor in my ordering the product. *******EEHP's website states, "money back promise if it doesn't work for you". The product did not work for me and I would like a refund.
