On 09/01, ************************** had set us up a tow for our truck and 5th wheel as we were driving from ****** to Big Lake area, as there was an issue that occurred with our truck that was covered under warranty. They authorized Navapache Towing **** to come tow both our 5th wheel and truck. The truck driver, *****, was the one who provided the tow. They did not check their equipment prior to loading and strapping our vehicles. When we were at the campsite to drop off our 5th wheel before taking our truck to ***** ******** in ********, we heard a loud crash and bang. I asked the driver what he hit, and he stated, "I lost your truck". We had damage caused to our bumper and electrical underneath. We took our vehicle in for a quote to **************************, where our vehicle always receives it's maintenance and repairs from, and per the request of *****, the manager at Navapache, we emailed her the estimate. She stated that the owner was not satisfied with the quote from the dealership and tried to force us to go elsewhere for multiple quotes. It is our right to choose which body shop repair our truck. This claim is 100% the fault of the towing company's faulty equipment. They refuse to provide us with their insurance information so that we can file a claim and now have just started to ignore us, despite multiple attempts to contact them.
