    I’ve never been to this salon before. Came in and got assigned to a male tech. I then decided what I wanted and he was immediately aggressive in his behavior. He pressured me into making decisions and didn’t listen to me. Got frustrated with me. I told him it’s okay. I remained calm and let him know i’m willing to work with him. When my nails didn’t go his way he blew up on me. He was doing them wrong the whole time. I said nothing. He blamed me for my service and made a scene. I asked him not to speak to me like that nicely. He then tells the worker next to him he told me so and that it was my fault. He was extremely unprofessional and was storming around the shop. He then left me at my table after I asked him if he could just please remove them so I could pay and leave. A lady helped me and I kept begging them to take my nails off because I felt extremely uncomfortable and belittled. They refused to let me leave and held me against my will. I didn’t want them to accuse me of stealing so I finally said please just finish so I can leave. They then charged me a bunch of money for a service I didn’t get, want or ask for. They refused to tell me what I was paying for and said that I should pay because they did a lot of service. To avoid further uncomfortable conflict I paid and left. They were very aggressive, manipulative, and apparently are known for throwing on random charges to peoples services and forcing them to pay. This is a hostile and unethical establishment with workers who are threatening to customers.

    I am rejecting this response due to false narrative. Yes I picked the nail color, but I asked my first technician to remove it so I could pay whatever I owed and leave. Technician was incredibly rude and actually told the second technician to do something about it and left me at the table without removing my nails. The second technician also did not have to re arrange their time because after my service went that way she had already finished a client and the salon was close to closing. I repeatedly asked the second technician to please remove my nails so I could leave and proceeded to force me into a gel polish service I never wanted to receive. Due to the uncomfortable and humiliating feelings I felt from the first technician I was forced into the service. The first technician was extremely unprofessional and asked me a lot of questions throughout my first service, but he was not very nice about anything. I don’t want a refund anymore I would appreciate honestly from a business like this. Do not ever force clients into services they do not want or ignore their wishes to leave. Incredibly disappointing.

    Again, we are sorry you are not satisfied with your service and
    thank you for letting us know.  We strive
    to provide a quality salon experience for whom gives us the opportunity.  Due to this complaint, we had salon
    meeting.  I reiterate with the team to
    make sure that that after the first coat of any color, please make sure that
    customer is satisfy with color.  I told
    team to make sure we let the customer know that we can not start over when
    service is 100% complete.
