      On 2/1/23, we were charged $760 and they did absolutely no work on my vehicle. They were suppose to clean out the air ducts and replace the blendoor so that we could have hear. We dropped it off Sunday night 1-29-23 to be worked on Monday. The rude receptionist called at **** on Wednesday morning, told me they just got the dash off and the ducts are jammed packed. They wanted me to come to the shop, I did. The mechanic said the whole HVAC system would need to be replaced which would be around $4000. I said how much to clean it out and put the dash back on, they said $1100 for 12 hours of work. It was not that long of a job. I said just put the dash back on and I'll pay for the couple of hours of work he did. The receptionist said she would call me when it was done. Mind you it's 10am, she never called. I drove up to the mechanic shop at 330pm and my truck was out front. I left and picked up my husband at 4pm and returned to the shop at 430pm. I asked the receptionist, what time was my truck done, she replied "about 12 minutes ago" I responded " that's funny because I drove by an hour ago and took a picture of my truck out front, so how many unworked hours am I paying for?" I asked to see footage of when my truck went back, she refused. She lied and said they had been working on it for days but she had just told me earlier that day that they just started on it. They did absolutely nothing and I still had to pay $760 and I have contacted my lawyer about it. They are a horrible company.
