      Custom Crafted,LLC I can see why thy are not BBB accredited. I paid almost $9000 for cement work in my back yard, which included a sealing and curing additive. After one year signs of deterioration started showing up. The following year the cement was chipping and cracking all over the area that was poured. When I called him to come out to look at it all he could do was accuse me of using ice melt on it which I never did. Then when that didn't work he tried to blame it on the concrete manufacturer that was supplying inferior cement. The sealer which he said would be good for at least 8 years was never applied as I was with him the whole time he was preparing to pour the cement up to the time he left my property. Is such a shame as he was the same contractor who did my initial cement work when my house was first built in 2003.
