    In June we purchased a solar system through salesman Wheat who represents Solar Energy, LLC. Wheat came out to our office and we thoroughly covered our exact power needs. Wheat assured us over and over that the system he was selling us would be adequate for our needs.In a nut shell we were told that after Wheat, the salesman at Positive Solar over sold us a system that would not ever work for our needsneeds that were laid out clearly from moment #1, that Positive Solar would come uninstall the system, repair the numerous holes they left in our roof and provide us a full refund, The refund promise is in writing.We tried time and time again to work with Positive Solar, specifically Wheat, who was the salesman to get the system to work. Positive Solar directly suggested to me that adding more panels may help. It did not. They system still was inadequate to meet our needs. Although ***** is a nice person, he admitted in writing that he screwed up and that he should have never sold us the system he did. This system would never meet our needs. I requested the owner of Positive Solars name and number on several occasions and ***** refused to give it to me, telling me in writing that he takes full responsibility for s******* up and does not want to loose his job. It took me calling *********** directly to get the information on who the owner was so I could contact him. Once ****** was contacted he proved to be no help at all.We have since gotten electricity ran to our office and have requested a full refund from company owner ******. As we were promised in writing. ****** refuses to even respond to our texts and per Wheat it is out of my hands.I have text after text after text to and from Wheat that we had nothing but problems with the system from day 1. He states in writing that he over sold it and that we are entitled to a full refund.I would like Positive Solar, LLC to hold up their written promise that they will give us a full refund.
