    I'm writing to advise those who are thinking of entering into a ********* Contract with Sun Health for the ********* or ********* ******* or ** **** to ask some very pointed questions and get the answers in writing. Don't rely on the contract. Can I get a refund of any of my upfront payment after five years? What happens if Sun Health decides that the Sun Health facilities cannot provide the care I need, for example, advanced dementia? Will I get a refund of any of my money under those circumstances? Will I be forced to rely on public assistance for my care if I spend all my savings, but Sun Health has decided I must live elsewhere? Will I lose my 25% discount in those circumstances? It happened to **. No refund. We had to find another place, with a big deposit ($3,000) and no discount. Only a "maybe you can return someday if behaviors improve and we decide it's OK." Well they didn't. No refund. No return. And, warning the living conditions in memory care are not what they should be.
