  Priority Roofing Review April 26, 2025 Location, *************, ** Just had my new roof installed by Priority Roofing on April 14, 2025.Had them and 2 other local roofing companies out to inspect my old roof for weather damage.*** ******, Project Manager, responded promptly and informed me that I had some damage caused by high winds and he called ******* ******, Production Manager, over to also take a look at my old roof. I agreed to let Priority Roofing deal directly with my ************** Provider and ******* set up a meeting with my ************** adjuster. This is when Priority really did a great job. My ************** adjuster agreed that I had some wind damage but was only going to authorize some spot repairs, not replace the whole roof.******* kept me fully informed as he presented my case, with supporting facts, to my ************** adjuster. After long delays and my ************** Adjuster originally offering only patching, ******* finally got an acceptable offer to cover a large portion of a new roof. We discussed Shingle type, mfg, color, trim colors and date for my complete reroof.Priority showed up on time, did a great job, (even my neighbors were impressed) cleaned up debris, magnetic raked the area and left me with a good warranty and as a very satisfied customer.I cannot say enough about how professional Priority Roofing were in dealing with me, my ************** Adjuster and I thank them for their efforts in obtaining a satisfactory settlement with my ************** for my roof damage.I forgot to mention that their original quote for the re roof was competitive against the other 2 roofing companies. Considering all the work that ******* did for me, they were the best value.5 Stars from me.

  ***** and his roofing team did an EXCELLANT job on replacing my roof underlayment!! They are very focused on customer service and providing high quality work. I did a lot of research and asked a lot of question of roofing companies in the area. In addition to a reasonable price and a solid warrantee, I wanted a company that provided solid project management, experienced crew and would provide frequent communication and updates throughout the project. Priority Roofing ended up on my shortlist based on their responsiveness to my emails of questions back and forth as well as their answers. I interviewed eight companies and got three quotes prior to deciding which company I would go with. Priority Roofing's price was all inclusive: including items other company's have as add -on fees, The warranty was solid AND did not require mandetory roof inspections(for a fee) to keep the warrantee in place like some of the other roofing companies. ***** came out and provided me a quote. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and gave me a clear breakdown on the products and price options. He also showed me product samples AND pictures of the key steps they do when replacing the roof underlayment. ******* team was at the property every morning at 7AM and worked until 4PM. They were very professional and cleaned up at the end of every work day. While they couldn't speak english they worked hard to understand my questions by using a spanish to english translation tool and also called ***** to help answer my questions when he wasnt on site. ***** provided me with over 30 pictures of the entire process as I requested. When they finished the project they left my yard as clean as they found it AND did metal scan of the yard for nails. ******* team even touchuped the paint on my facia which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend ***** and Priority Roofing for your roofing needs. I am happy I chose them and you will too!!
