      Unfortunately, theres no option for zero stars.My appointment for a brain scan was scheduled for 7:30 AM on 08.13.2024, as confirmed by text, phone call, and email reminders. Being an early riser, I arrived at their office around 7:00 AM. After checking in, I was given a 3.5-page questionnaire about symptoms I have experienced currently or in the past. One of the questions asked about anxiety, and I noted that I experience anxiety when appointments run late. The questionnaire took less than five minutes to complete.At around 7:47 AM, I approached the counter to ask if they were running behind schedule. The front office staff informed me that my appointment was at 7:30 AM, but then retorted that it was actually at 8:00 AM and that they had me come in 30 minutes early to complete the questionnaire, which they claimed usually takes longer.At 7:55 AM, a technician called me back and asked how I was feeling. I expressed my frustration with the process, and she told me to control myself or I would ruin my scan. I responded that they were the ones ruining my scan. The technician then decided to cancel my appointment without providing an explanation, despite my request for one. When I asked to reschedule, the technician quipped, Not on my watch, as she scuttled away into another office.I requested to speak to the office manager and waited for about 5 minutes before the front desk called me up to inform me she (mgr) was going to be in meetings all day. As of August 9, 2024, there has been no call from the office manager and I have not received a call to reschedule. A letter was mailed to the main physician. We shall see if that gets their attention.

      Have left multiple voice mail and portal messages to receive an assessment in order to receive proper care for a disabled senior with dementia high risk safety. Was told she couldn't be seen until next year because she is Spanish speaking. I asked for reasonable interpreter accommodations due to safety concerns and was denied. Someone should investigate discrimination and educate staff on how to properly address high risk concerns
