    We store our RV at this location and our RV was broken into over the Thanksgiving weekend. On December 20the we went to get our RV and noticed that our RV was broken into with the lock to the door being pried open. We contacted the front desk and they confirmed that other RV's were tempered with. We were not contacted on this when they were notified. I asked to see the footage of the other side of our RV and they said they do not have cameras on that side of the storage facility. The management told me they are not responsible and that is why we have to confirm insurance. I told them I understand if we did damage to another RV or to the facility, but this was on their watch. We were under the impression that this was a safe and secured business, I feel we were misled. They said the perpetrators used the ladder from another RV parked up against the wall to get into the facility. Why would they park an RV with such access next to a wall without cameras to the area.
