    Had an appointment to spray for weeds in my front and back yard. The technician never sprayed anything in my back yard. This is where the weeds are. I called the office and they said they would have him call me directly. He never returned my call.I called back asking to speak with the manager and was told that she would call me back. She never returned my call either. The quote I received was for weed control $125 for the back and front yard and it was not done. The technician was spraying for approximately 5 minutes and never sprayed the back yard as quoted.

    Customer was scheduled for service on 9/20/2024. The tech did spray the house and according to his application record that is required by law , he put the amount of chemical (10 gallons ) it would take to spray the front and back yard . 
    Customer called in at 10:59 am and spoke to office ( for 1 minute and 18 seconds ) about his concern of the back not getting treated . Our office person called the tech to verify service of front and back yard .The technician said he sprayed it.  Both the technician and office tried to call customer and kept getting a UNREACHABLE -BUSY NO ANSWER. OUR PHONE SYSTEM SHOWS 12 ATTEMPTS . AT 11:30 AM , customer called back and spoke to office for 3 minutes and 52 seconds . The notes on his account state that the customer was not able to reach an agreement to rectify the situation and wanted nothing to do with what we had to offer . 
    We are a spray service that guarantees our work for six months. We also serviced this customers house again on 10/15/2025 for free to  honored our warranty . The warranty expired 3/20/2025. 
    I have gps proof of going to customer house on 2 dates. I have proof of 12 attempts to call customer back . 
    We are not refunding any money as we provided a service and honored our warranty.  If  he had weeds in the front or back  within the six month warranty , he could have called and we would be happy to spray and kill his weeds.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
