    The start of our issues were on day 1 when they were 45 minutes late. ***** messaged at 9:02 (start time was 9) and said they were on the way. I told them I was waiting for them to leave for work after. They promised they would arrive by 9:30 and did not arrive until 9:45. Upon arrival, their baby was in the car with them, ***** assured me he would not be going inside and she was taking him to the sitter. A few hours later, they brought their baby into our home without permission while working. We also discovered after the work was completed that the baseboards were not color matched but painted a new color they just "grabbed off the shelf". Because only a portion of things were painted, it is ugly and obvious where the new paint is because it is a completely different color than the others. stick out like a sore thumb. We were never told it would not be painted the same color or we would have asked for the same. We also noticed that 3 doors they painted needed a second coat. I am not sure why they did not paint the doors properly with multiple coats. Since leaving, I have reached out to ***** many times over the course of 2 weeks. She refuses to respond despite telling me to let her know if I saw anything they might need to fix. I have screenshots of my polite attempts to reach her and remedy our situation. They have been beyond unprofessional from being late, having their child on a job site without permission, terrible communication, and painting the incorrect color. I need help to remedy this situation.

    *********************** was never my client. Her landlord was the client who paid in full and has NO complaint with my company. As the company owner I am allowed to travel with my 1year old. My child was NOT on site working. I came to check site at end of day to help pack up some supplies. Being late is something that most trade companies go through and originally Pruznack (tenant) wasnt supposed to be waiting for TSP. I always document my sites and received NO photos from the 2 doors she complained about. Now its 3? Also contract invoice with homeowner (actual client) stated the paint to be used. ******** has no grounds to slander my business with false claims especially so many days after the work was completed.
