I booked a tour with this company out of ******* that picks you up in *********. for a group of four people on my son's 21st birthday. They picked us up in an extended van with three or four rows of seating and there were already passengers seated in the front couple rows so we had to sit in the back. As soon as we got in I realized it was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning and no windows that you could open. It was 112 degrees outside and the heat was becoming unbearable. One of the members of our party also has a heart condition and this forced us to decide whether we could take the chance and endure an hours drive (with no water being offered) in these dangerous conditions. As a group we decided that it was not only dangerous for the individual with the heart condition but everyone else in the van so we asked the driver to pull over and let us out before we got too far away which he did. We then had to pay for transportation back to our hotel, another incurred cost of a failed trip. I called them immediately to advise them if the issue and ask for a refund but they told me no one was available and they said I had to email a customer service email. So I did that and it took them another email and 4 days to finally get a call back from someone. I explained my situation to her and she said she would talk to her manager and follow up with me the next day. I did receive an email from them the next day stating that they would give me a credit and they also sent me a copy of their "no refunds policy". I'm not accepting a credit for a business that one I will never use again at this point and two is almost a four hour flight from where I live. I'm demanding a full refund from this tour that I was never able to participate in due to the negligence of the people who operate this company. How do you send a vehicle with no air conditioning to pick people up in the desert on a 112 degree day? Someone could've been seriously injured or killed by this stupidity.
