    I placed two online orders totaling about $21 a few days apart (March and April). The orders were for two different fabric products, labeled differently on their site and with different product numbers. I received the same fabric in both shipments. Their website promises 24-hour email responses for questions like these and I have been waiting for several days now. ****** is showing their business is temporarily closed, their phone line is disconnected, and there are multiple reviews of people experiencing similar problems. Im seeking a refund and speedy resolution to my order issue, as Im a student using the fabric for a project and both the time and cost involved are valuable to me. Im not confident that I will get a response.

    Ordered fabric on August ****** received confirmation of order they charged my card. I have tried emailing several times on status with no response. Their phone numbers do not work.

    Ordered flag fabric online paid with credit card they billed my card no fabric They do not respond to emails, and they have no phone number to reach out to them. We sent them two phone numbers no response prefers to get fabric they owe us

    I ordered 110 yards of fabric on August 16 2023 from Beacon Fabric and Notions. Order number **** in the amount of $791.65. My **** card ending in **** was charged the $791.65 on August 17 2023. To date, January 15 **************************************** a refund. I have tried calling the only numbers I could find for this company, ************* found on BBB] and ************* found on yelp] could not get through on either number. Have sent numerous emails to the company at ******************************************************* have never received a response from the company.

    I made an online purchase with a total amount of $59.96. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation of the order. I never received a shipping notice and never received the goods. I filed several inquiries with them and never received a reply. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, and Beacon provided them with information on the order but no information on the shipping method or a tracking number For some reason ********* accepted this as proof of shipment and added the charge back onto my account. I filed another dispute and am trying to warn others of this crooked establishment.

Charged and paid by credit card ending ****. I received an order/purchase confirmation by email from ******************************************************. However, there has been no further communication (e.g. shipping notice) and the purchase has not arrived. Email inquiry sent to ****************************************************** have gone unanswered. A phone number is not available. From the store website:"Shipping Policy Orders are taken off the website, at 8 AM Eastern Standard Time, each day that we are open. The customer receives an acknowledgement of the order. If the merchandise cannot be shipped that day, then the customer is notified by phone or e mail."

    I ordered fabric on 4/12/2023, which was confirmed the same day. My credit card was billed the same day also. I've never received the order, and I've tried numerous times to contact them through email without any response. The telephone number given is not in use. It appears that this company has multiple locations in *****************, but I see there are numerous identical complaints to mine at several locations. The specific location I had ordered from was in **.
