      I had an issue with delivery a a product ordered. Spoke to customer support and was promised a full refund with an email from the company and associate stating what was discussed and that a refund was issued. When the 7 days had passed to receive the refund I called to check and they informed me a refund was not issued and they wouldnt honor what was promised.

      Amazon sent me a defective item. Protein powder with a puncture in the bag and product smells expired. They are Refusing to give me a refund unless I send them my government.I d I do not feel comfortable sending my ID so that they can give it to third party. Please help me with getting a refund.I do have pictures of the damage defective item

      I'm a seller on Amazon, at www.amazon.com/shops/bluejacket After being asked to verify my identity due to "anactivity of your account", I uploaded my ID several times but it was rejected for being "not clear". I chatted with them online & told that I can't make it more clear; but instead of being resolved, I got the same msg asking to submit better pics, or my account will be suspended.

      Transaction date: 12/18/2024 Delivery date: 12/28/2024 Issue type: fraudulent transaction We ordered a Youth ****** football through Amazon that was advertised as 100% leather. The football that was delivered was a much cheaper composite ball. When I called Amazon customer support, all the representatives I spoke with said they cant send a replacement since there is no guarantee it will be the genuine leather ball. I talked to the manager, and she said she doesnt know why it is advertised as genuine leather when the product is not genuine leather. There was no mention of any steps to rectify the fraudulent listing

      Hello,December 6/2024 through Amazon app order two items l paid ****** for both.when l received items both items was wrong.I send back two items when Amazon received item did not issue refund money back. l text costumer service said they going to send me email when they send me email Amazon asking me to send photo ID verification that is personal to send photo ID verification trough email. I never received refund back or original new items.December 9/2024 order one item truth Amazon app l paid ****** when I received item same issue wrong item send back to Amazon when they received item same issue no refund or new item . l text costumer service same issue ! l lost my money did not get any refund or original items very frustrated and disappointed from customer ********************** team.Thank you 112

      Amazon received a product I returned, verified by the uploaded photo, and will not refund my return. Amazon has appeared to lost the item and are requesting a photo ID. Ive been a prime member for years and have never been asked to verify my ID? What are you going to do with my ID?

      On 10/27/24 i purchased a massage chair from amazon period. The chair Was delivered on november the sixth, but the chair came damage. I immediately called amazon for an exchange or return. they could not exchange So had to do return. They accepted the return and scheduled someone to pick it up. They said pilot company would pick it up. They messed up the date to pick it up, So they had to send another company out by the name of elites out of Showlow to get it. . When they came to pick it up, men who pick it up damaged my porch in several spots by dropping it and then sliding it down each step I got ahold of Amazon and Amazon said they would have file a claim and they would fix it. Today, November 25th. They send me an email says I have to call pilot. Because they are not going to do anything. I get ahold of pilot. They say you gotta call elites. And I get ahold of elite and never hear back again. I bought this from Amazon. My porch was damaged by their drivers. I sent them in pictures. I did everything they want? And they're refusing to do anything to fix my porch. I bought It from Amazon. They are responsible. Amazon should pay to fix my new porch that was built 7/24 and then go after pilot or ELITES Or whoever else they need to but I bought it from them. Amazon has become really bad business yo do business with.

      Ordered on 12/1/2023 $55.99 The heated blanket I ordered was supposed to be an IVOKO, I instead got some brand called Hiundee. One of the power supplies was throwing an F7 code and after resetting it several times it still wouldn't work. I chatted with customer ********************** but they wouldn't help and asked for my personal information and a picture of my ID which I wasn't comfortable sharing and they are now refusing to refund me or replace the broken item. I would like a refund on the item I was sent.

      In May of this year we purchased a tv for a friend and when he rec'd it before he could even open it he passed away. A big shock to us. It was returned to Amazon and when they rec'd it instead of them refunding it back to our c.c. they took it upon themselves and put it on a gift card. I have been fighting with them ever since. A supervisor at one point said yes they could and now they say they can't. First of all they did not even ask if we wanted it on a gift card. To me that is fraud . I worked for 40 years and you always refund back to the originally payment type.
