    I ordered a product from them back in February 2024 charged it to my credit card they took the funds, but never did send the product tried reaching out several times by text email and no return phone calls. Now here it is September 4, 2004 and nothing

    Ordered pistol holster from Arizona gun leather 9/21/2023 (order# ****). They have not sent me the holster, they have not returned ANY emails, texts, and calls. They just took my money and ran. I have been reading reviews as of late and this company should be shut down. these guys are crooks!

    Placed an order 9/25/2023, they took the money from my account and now they wont return phone calls, emails, text messages or ******** messenger. Never send me the holster I ordered or wont refund my money.

    I ordered a holster from them on August 03, 2023 and I still havent received my order! Tried contacting them several times with no response. I was finally contacted by email from them stating that they are running behind in their orders. I still havent received my order and I tried contacting them again with no luck.

    I bought a holster from them in January of 2023. I did not receive it until March of 2023. When I did receive it I found that it does not fit so I contacted them and asked for a refund. They said to return it and they would give me a refund. I shipped it back and they had it for a month and after several messages they said they had it and would issue a refund as soon as possible. That was two weeks ago and now they are ignoring all my messages. I spent $74.68 on the holster and just want my refund.

    Purchased a gun holster on May 22, 2022 from *************************************. Order number is ****. The holster was delivered on June 13th, 2022. Upon arrival I noticed the holster did not fit at all for the gun it was purchased for. On the same day of delivery of June 13th, I sent an email to ********************************** along with pictures and an explanation of the issue. I received no initial response and sent a follow-up email on June 22nd. On June 23rd I received a response from *** at ******************** *** apologized and indicated they would ship a replacement holster within a week and to let them know if that works for me. I replied on June 23rd indicating that would be fine. I have yet to receive the replacement holster as *** initially promised on June 23rd. I sent follow-up emails on July 22nd, August 5th, October 18th, December 29th, and most recently on January 2nd, 2023. Not a single response since the initial email from ***. I have sent emails to the following email addresses: **********************************, ********************************* ******************** **************************************** preference is to still receive the replacement, but if that is not possible, I would like to seek a full refund to my credit card.
