    This guy is wrong about clean up and did not supply written contract outlining details of work which I asked for several times. He did not clean up after work I did some of it after they left . Leaving bottles of pee behind bushes and paper. Calling back to lay more rock after paying was that I did not notice that they did not put enough down for I was told that they would put down 2 inches was less that a inch. As far as the trees he should of put that in writing / contract that I asked for several times and did not get. 

    This company is not playing with a full set of cards. When I called and asked about warranty he got made and hung up. 

    I want nothing more to do with this guy and will be happy to spread the good news to all.

    *** did not want to pay full warranty price for his Italian Cypris, he paid my wholesale price, just to explain, retail he would have paid $400.00, but he paid $200.00, I can give you info from Moon valley nursery that told him same thing. They contacted me after they received a call from his wife and could not understand either why they were trying to get free replacements when they were not paid full price. It was never an issue, he was told about this, just like the palms we also planted, he was told the same thing but did not mention this.  We never had issues, we always cleaned up he never called us back for anything except his faults, once for not contacting HOA supervisor, I can provide HOA maintenance info Aswell, and spreading more rock after he had approved and paid in full. We still went back spread more rock and not charged him.  Plus, even if they were warranted, it would be difficult with this monsoon season, too much rain, strong winds which warranty does not cover.

    I can refer *** to a different nursery in Peoria, I believe Italian cypris are $75-$80 there, since he does not want to pay moonvalley full price of $375.00 and did not pay us full price, I think this nursery would be the best bet for him to save money, since he is on a budget.  As far as labor to get them planted, the best price I can recommend him, are thew guys that stand at home depot?  I dont know, he might have to do his own reaserch there.  Good luck finding anything lower than what you paid.

    AS I said before this guy did not supply a written contract stating his work and etc. Which I asked for several times. After paying this company $10K for their work, I would think they would want to stand by their work. He seems to have a temper problem for yelling on the phone at me for no reason. I want nothing MORE to do with this guy or his company, and I will be happy to spread the good news.     *********************
