    This business just went above and beyond to make sure that they would guarantee a shipment of my items by this weekend so that our Wounded Warriors will have an amazing event. Thank you so much to Ms. ***** for taking the time to look through the hundreds of items, find our stuff, and get our quote and shipment out in a timely manner. We appreciate quality customer service like this and it shows alot about your business and the caliber of employees that you all have!! I wish I could give 10 Stars!! ***** ***** Army Strong!!! *****

    My family has done business at Westside mail center for years and we all receive our mail there we have had great service there and all employees are so very helpful and so nice we have never had to wait in line and always easy parking and never had any problems or issues they have great customer service we are very happy with the mail center.They work very hard for all the services they have for their customers!

    I love coming to this business. The parking is always available. Unlike the post office. They offer all services ,to make it convenient. The staff is great at helping with any issue to do with shipping. They get you in and out! I appreciate that!***************** Business owner

    PEOPLE _ DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER !!!! IF ********* TELL YOU THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIR PREFERRED SHIPPER - DONT BUY ANYTHING !! READ THE ****** REVIEWS - TOO MANY SIMILAR EXPERIENCES BY TO MANY PEOPLE TO BE A COINCIDENCE .. BRADFORDS + WESTSIDE WILL HOLD YOU TO ****** TO GET YOUR ITEMS - THEY ARE WORKING THIS TOGETHER - READ REVIEWS AND BEWARE !! 6 WEEKS AGO - $1300.00 PAID - NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT !!! Horrendous service , total lies about everything ! ( They are "preferred shipper" for ****************** - There is 100% some sort of arrangement between them - And its NOT to help you have a pleasant experience! ... ********* had my Items .. westside had my items - ********* wont reply to my emails - Westside have lied about the date my items were picked up ( according to ********* ,via email, they still had them !) Westside DOUBLED the true cost of insurance and "just included the amount " in the ridiculous shipping quote . They have attempted to tell me,as justification of the ridiculous quote , that my items 1 .. Are now getting double boxed ..they werent originally ! 2 ... My items weight totals 1.8 lb ... ummm .. NO ..actually the total weight is 213grams which is Under half a pound !!! ( perhaps they didnt realize that ********* put actual item weights on their jewelry lots at auction ) Questioned the huge increase in weight - Now its the weight of the packaging !!! Absolute joke to deal with. Very obvious that this sort of crappy "hold you to ****** " type of *************** for them more often than not - the ridiculous lies they think they can get away with is testament to that ! DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER ..BEWARE !!

    Worst customer service, plus I was given one quote on the phone then double that price invoiced. I felt like my auction wins were held hostage until I paid , then they sent sent invoice to a PayPal account I never use, they assumed I would have one using the email they had for me, I did but don't use it. When I confronted them over the cost, thru were extremely rude. I have things shipped from all over the country and from ****** and they weigh more, cost half as much. Told me anyone else would cost me three times what they charged. I even buy from one auction source that I can not combine lots for shipping, each lot is shipped separately 177 auction wins, all added up didn't cost me $1330! Do not use them if you value customer service, integrity or honesty. I emailed the auction house asking that they not allow them to pay or ship any other items I win. I paid 6 days ago, called yo adl about my tracking number, they still haven't even packed my items for shippng!!! Told ne it cam be two weeks!!!
