Complaint Regarding Deceptive and Misleading Solicitation I am filing a complaint against Norman's Moving, LLC *************) for sending me a deceptive and misleading solicitation disguised as an urgent financial notice. Below are the details of the situation:1. I received a notice in the mail addressed to me, claiming that I needed to contact the company within 10 days regarding adjustments to my credit accounts.2. The letter stated that failure to respond would likely result in high-interest rates on unsecured credit balances and penalties for unpaid obligations.3. It included a phone number *************) to call, further urging immediate action to "avoid unnecessary delays.4. The letter contained details about my supposed credit balances, which were incorrect, and provided a settlement amount along with proposed payment terms.Additionally:The envelope had no return address, which added to the suspicious nature of the notice. The letter included a notice number, a notice date, and a contact phone number but no clear identification of the companys full name or *********** the top of the letter, five credit card accounts were listed, but only two of them were actually mine.I believe this notice was intentionally designed to appear as though I was behind on my credit card payments, which is entirely untrue. This solicitation is deceptive, threatening, and preys on individuals by creating unnecessary fear about their financial *********** is also alarming that they included information about credit accounts that are not mine, suggesting potential misuse or mishandling of personal data. I fear this tactic could mislead others into believing they are in financial trouble, coercing them into contacting the company and possibly agreeing to unfavorable terms.I am requesting that the BBB investigate this companys practices and take appropriate action to prevent them from misleading consumers in this manner.
