5 starsIve been working for Diamondback Risk Management for over two years now. While it has its *** and downs, like any company, I can say that the owner genuinely cares about his employees. He goes above and beyond to accommodate everyones needs and ensure their employment. Hes always available to address any concerns or issues I may have had. I personally respect the company and the effort they put in. Just like anything in life, there will always be setbacks, but I know Diamondback is headed for great things. 1 starBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT WORK HERE!!! As a new employee I was never given any new hire training, no orientation, no guidance and zero communication from management! My second paycheck was late by a week and I STILL didnt get paid properly, I was paid via Apple Pay! Still waiting on my paystub for my records! Working a post solely outside, no shade, no covering, not even a J-****/portapotty and portable sink. Nothing basic for a human work an 8-12 hour shift! Youre expected to sit in your car all shift, with no AC and no accommodations this entire time! There are NO benefits offered at all, unless that was a lie just to me! This company is a complete joke, it portrays itself as professional with opportunities of growth, training & certifications. Absolutely false! The employees dont even check in with each other at post to provide briefings or updates. Half the time certain employees arent even in uniform. The owner will ask you to work additional shifts but low ball you on pay, then h*** turn around and offer everyone else a higher dollar amount to cover the shift! Save yourself the time, energy and effort in even entertaining this lame company that treats their employees like garbage!Review fromVince K

Was promised benefits, owner of company lied to me multiple times about there being benefits to hire me to over to cover their shifts and lie about benefits and scam their employees.

This is false and a former employee who wasnt fit for the company. He was told his benefits would be available after his 90 day probation and didnt like that. He questioned why he couldnt get them now. He was terminated before 30 days. I currently have a pending harassment suit against him. He is an upset former employee.
