    I recently put a buyers contract on a home that was ****sqf in ******, **. **** ***** street had a new external condenser installed by ************************* for LSG Investments LLC. When I had the home inspected it failed because the home was under seered. The unit was too small to cool a home ****sqf. It failed an additional inspection from another reputable AC company here in town. There is NO reason any AC company should have put a 2.5 ton unit on this home knowing the sqt. This company the submitted info to ************************** which calculated the home at ****sqf needing **** tons and sqf per ton at 925. So, when it failed and the owner refused to budge on replacing the unit with a 3.5 ton unit I had to cancel the contract. This cost me in total $750.00 to have all the inspections done and the deal was had to be cancelled because MFC installed an under performing unit on a home that had no business having a 2.5 ton unit on it. The owner was shown other inspections done by reputable companies here in ****** an still refused to change the unit. The owner knew this unit was too small, was told by my home inspector, and other HVAC companies the condenser was not going to work and yet still passed it off as ok for the ****sqf home. This cost me $750.00 in inspections, time lost trying to find somewhere to move, as well as a home purchase. This company needs to be looked at because I have no doubt others are being defrauded without their knowledge. Note: I have FULL documentation to back all of this up.
