    I signed a contract for one year of coaching with this company. After the year had ended, I requested that my account be terminated and I not renew the contract and not be charged again. Their customer service representative confirmed it was cancelled, however she signed me up for their alumni program against my wishes and continues charging my credit card every month. They are impossible to get in touch with for any customer service issues, so this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved.

    My name is ***********************, the Owner/Operator of GSD Mode & I received your letter yesterday (8/1/2022) in regards to this customer complaint. I wanted to let you know that the issue has been resolved, the ********************** has been refunded the requested 4 months of monthly alumni payments (totaling $396) and ****** has also been notified of the refund. Let me know if there is anything further you need and I greatly appreciate all your help!
