We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality customized products and accessories. Below is our policy regarding refunds and exchanges:

 

1. Customized Items:

~ Due to the nature of personalized products, refunds and exchanges are generally not available unless there is a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect design or damaged item).

~ If you believe there was an error or issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with supporting photos/documentation. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it.

2. Non-Customized Items:

~Non-customized items may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

~Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Engraved Items:

~ Engraved products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective upon arrival. Please inspect all engraved items upon delivery.

4. Process for Returns/Exchanges:
