    We brought window treatments from this company because they stated life time warranty but you actually get a sub par replacement. Their customer service has been terrible, it took weeks to get a replacement which the original didnt work correctly from day one and we reported but after the blind on the sliding glass completely broke **** came telling she needed to order number which was not on the any other the paperwork, so she sent her husband **** to obtain. Again it took weeks, I kept following up to be told ( I brought you a new blind out my credits and you should be thankful ) , then the day of installation its not our original blind ( it looks terrible) I questioned **** and she told me 7 years later you are not going to get the original blind. I advised her good customer service would have been proactive advised me of such , showed me my options prior to placing the order and maybe I would have upgraded and their company would have made money off of this , but to blindly be given poor quality is not right . I also question the not matching valance installed and per **** he states your husband said to just place the old on. I questioned my husband he states he was not asked . **** was a chatting about everything but the installation. So I questioned **** to bring back the new valance that came with the new blind to be told its gone in the trash ! Also he told no more warranties and if they have come back they will a $100 trip charge going forward , also he told go buy a new valance elsewhere. So buyer beware if you need life time warranty blinds research carefully. We have referred many people this company but we are letting those referrals know that if you need service or repairs its a completely different story.
