In reviewing this company, only one word comes to mind - Nightmare. I had this company design and install a large off grid system for me nearly one year ago. I have had nothing but problems from day one with the installed system and a very difficult time trying to get them to resolve my issues. Now, when the problems have greatly increased and I need their help even more, ( I am currently without electricity, water or internet ) - they refuse to return my calls. I am sorely disappointed in ****, the owner, who at first seemed very nice and attentive but has turned out to be very difficult to deal with, as well non responsive to my urgent pleas for help. I am moving on to another company (I have no choice) since they clearly do not intend to honor their obligations to maintain/repair the $100K system I purchased from them. I would not recommend this company and if I had it all to do over again I would avoid this company like the plague.

****, this review is disingenuous from the outset. We did not design your large off-grid system. Yours was a pre-existing system that had been completely neglected for many years before you purchased the property. The Solar Array was the only functional portion left. We did not add nor subtract from the array, the size was left as is. We simply replaced inverters and batteries on a pre-existing system. We made many suggestions to help you be more energy efficient, none of which you heeded. Your generator was never part of our initial quote or scope of work. We took on the additional task to automate your existing generator, but it was never properly serviced or maintained. That was not our responsibility. After waiting for over a year to be paid, multiple free trips to your remote site and hours on the phone trying to help you understand your responsibilities in managing and operating this system we determined that any further interaction was destined to be an exercise in futility.
