    I went to Dream Palace in *****, ******* on 04/16/2023. I agreed to a charge of $240 and a $120 ATM withdrawal. However, this company put the $240 charge as an ATM withdrawal, which it was not. They also charged me an extra $288, which I did not approve. As provided by other reviews on Yelp and a review this company received on the BBB website it is clear that this company has been getting away with charging people with unauthorized transactions. I filed a dispute with chase after this happened, got the charge reversed, and now it showed up on my account once again. I have tried calling the merchant to discuss this, but they never picked up my calls.

    On 9/29/2022 after a night of responsibly drinking we got dropped off at Dream Palace in ** by a person who said they would take us to the hotel where we were staying. Once inside we were taken to another room where they asked for money and made us sign ************ paperwork, then took photos of us which we did not consent to. They asked racked up **** on my credit cards. Currently working on getting that back. Although I feel that the cards will come back on their side since they had us sign docs. This is not a proper business.

    11-24-19 Dream Palace **************************************************************** I ************************* was just a drop in customer to ********************** ***** late one nite after a day of safe and responsible Drinking that also carried into the evening.At about ****am I some how spend $7,920 by signing a lot of mishandled paperwork and misinformation and in turn i was charged $7,920.00. But I did dipute the charges with the My bank and they all came back in there favor at first but after about a year and a half later there was a provisional ajustment and i received a refund for ********. So now Im seeking other alternatives to get the rest of my money back.

    I was taken advantage of at dream palace. I may have been drugged by the workers they have there. I found out the next day they charged everyone of my credit cards. I'm looking to get assistance on getting my money back. The amount was for over $38000+ I was in not in the right mental state to make a transaction for the total of this amount. I have filed a police report and I am in contact with an attorney at this point. I am looking to be refunded for the total amount including any attorney fees. I'm looking for any assistance you can offer. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.
