  Paid $21k for new AC unit and find out they didnt install parts they quoted me for. During our first service (6 months later) I asked him to double check a few things. He reviewed my receipts and noticed they didnt install some parts and upgrade my duct which I was charged for. If it wasnt for me asking, they would have got away with scamming me out of cost for labor and parts. Anyone who has recently purchased a new unit better have another tech review the work you paid for. Best they offered was filters for a year. I already get then free because I paid for 10 yr parts and labor.

  We installed a 5 ton 15.2 seer heat pump on 7/2/24 . We had to return to complete the jo0b because things that were on the contract were not completed at the install. I have spoken to the home owner and apologized. The crew that did the install is no longer employed at the company due to the lack of workmanship that we expect from out crews. The unit had been working and is still working up to specs and in an effort to make the situation right we have given him a box of filters and we are comping a year membership to him. Please let me know if there is any other information that the BBB needs to assist in this matter

  **** was extremely professional, told us what he was going to do. And completed the job within a great time. We are so happy with his service. We are going to have him put another toilet in our other bathroom.

  The plumber found our main sewer line had collapsed under our house and stated the whole line needed to be replaced. I was told the had to dig the whole line up to replace it. I ask if they could lay the new line above ground under our double wide trailer I was told no it had to be dug up completely for the price of ********* dollars. I was told there was no way to avoid this excavation. They already knew we were pre approved for the funding due to a re-pipe we had done the week before which we paid ********* dollars. The problem I have is they did short cut the job and laid the pipe above ground within about 3 hours. I ask for pictures of everything and itemized list of materials used which they refuse to provide. I have no documentation stating the warranty just what the plumber had told us.After neuromous attempts to contact the branch manager whom has never called me back to discuss the billing and how the work was performed hoping to cut the cost they refuse to speak with me. One of the managers contacted me offering a ****** dollar discount was an insult. In my opinion this is an unfair business practice, they knew in advance how much I was approved for on the funding and wrote the bill accordingly. I have filed a complaint with the lending company which the are looking into the company has already been paid for both jobs. I feel the plumber knew he could short cut the job from the beginning they knew how much I was approved for in advance the plumber told me this before we signed the documents.

  Excellent job as always, showed up on time, which was actually early. But I had been notified that they where able to arrive early. Performed required work with the desired result. As always cleaned area and filled out required paperwork .

  ***** did a great job. Checked the Water heater and flushed it, checked under all ********* to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you ***** for a job well done.

  **** did a great job. He checked everything, made sure all was ok and even wrapped a copper pipe that had not been wrapped in the past. Very efficient and good at his job.

  He was very professional and very friendly! Did a good job cleaning the heater.Asked if we had any issues or questions. Explained other items that would be good for us.Cant do it right now but will definitely in near future.Will definitely be staying with these guys!
