    I bought an AC unit from this company a couple years ago and reached out last week to schedule a tune up and to sign up for their maintenance plan. I had an appointment booked for this morning between 8am and 10am that was confirmed twice.At 7:45am I received a text stating that this appointment had been moved to 12-2. No call or advanced warning just a random text. My wife had rescheduled a doctors appointment to accommodate this appointment. When I called the office to ask why this was rescheduled I was told that they were short staffed. When I told ***** (Who probably should not be in customer service) that my wife had rescheduled a medical appointment I was told "If that's how you are going to be we will just cancel the appointment". I told her that we would keep the appointment and she basically hung up on me.Needless to say nobody showed up between 12-2 and no cancellation notification was sent to me in advance. Basically we were simply stood up after the first appointment was rescheduled. It is not surprising to me that this company has a 2.5 star rating on YELP. If this is how you treat actual customers then I can't imagine how they treat everyone else. This is horrendous customer service. Needless to say I will be hiring someone else to service the unit and will use their maintenance plan and I will be sure to tell everyone not to do business with Patriot Air.
