  Absolutely Horrible, still not sure if they subcontract out? Had full bath shower replaced. Left hole in the wall, faucet is crocked and not sealed, scraches in back splash, chip in tub, tub not level (bump in middle). Took over a month for glass doors. Employee said he would be back to fix issues above. Employee stole $2,500 from 81 year old mother promissing to do side work. Now that employee doesn't work for company. Original contact person no longer works for the company. I have called multiple times and get promised phone calls back to set time to fix issues and no follow through or calls. Paid close to $17,000 for shotty work and I will be seaking advice.

  The saler representative, ****, was very informed, courteous and the install was as represented. *****, the installer, was amazing very clean workarea and the finished product was excellent we love what they accomplished. I highly recommend this company.

  Beware of issues!The installation: This is where there were so many issues that I recommend you go elsewhere. They were never on time, anywhere between 15 minutes late to 2.5 hours. The integrity of the installers is questionable. The main installer gets paid a percent of the jobs so he is trying to get as many jobs done in a week as he can. The helper gets paid $*** per day whether he works 4 hours or 8. This is what they actually told me.The issues: Broke a tile in the master bath, holes, scratches, and marks on all the walls throughout the house, not just in the bathrooms where they were working, but the entire path from the garage to the bathrooms. They never checked their work from day to day. I had to point out all the holes. And I don't know if they even would have told me about the broken tile. I saw that after the first day and mentioned it. They "glued" it back to the floor.They didn't check the hardware so when I was finally able to use the shower after the waiting period, I couldn't because the tub spout diverter was defective. There were two huge scratches in the panels in one bath and again, they didn't check before they installed (the installer said it was a defect) - although with all the other mistakes, it could have happened during the install. That took 2 weeks to get fixed, and that was by a supervisor who came because the main installer didn't show up the day he was supposed to. When the installer finally came to repair the last of the holes, he wreaked of pot. The whole project was done due to leaks not aesthetics. The main installer was also hired by my landlord to repair the downstairs bathroom and kitchen ceilings. After three visits, it's still not right so we gave up. The garage and driveway are also stained from their tires.The product: For the price, you could get marble instead. As for the master tub, it's very narrow so basically smaller than the oval tub we had before. Also, the material feels cheap and it's slippery.

We have made immediate changes, within our installation department, such as the employee was let go, we have more staff to do random quality walk throughs while jobs are being installed. We are sure this will keep this isolated situation from ever happening again. We sincerely apologize for your experience with us. However it was a pleasure speaking with you. We am happy that you are happy with your shower. Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with the private deal you made with the installer for side work.

  Who waits a little over a year to offer up a project review? We do as we have learned stuff happens just when all is said and done.As with most projects, a few tweaks may be needed along the way (ours was no exception) but you can rest easy in that Home Concepts will accommodate your needs from start to finish and they stand behind their work for a lifetime! Please reach out to Home Concepts if you are doing a bath remodel! First and foremost, the owner, *********************** is hands down one of the most personable, down to earth business professionals your project could ever be backed by.Months after project completion, our bath remodels continue to service ** like the day of installation.   FROM START TO FINISH, TOTALLY IMPRESSED. I had a consultant come out and he helped me design my project with exactly what I needed and wanted. He did what he said he was going to do!! almost unheard of nowadays. Install went smooth and on time. Price was good and the workmanship was great!
