      I bought a Memphis grill, elite pro from BBQ Island through Outside Living Concepts who did the build out and install. ***************** has never worked. And neither outside living concepts or barbecue island will stand behind the product. I have contacted both businesses and neither are willing to remedy the situation, even though it has been less than 90 days since the install.

      to whom it may concern, this was a manufacturer warranty issue and the manufacturer ******* handles these directly, as of 12/9/2022, customer was working directly with ******* local rep to diagnose if its a power supply issue or user error in which they remotely diagnose and fix the issue. We at bbq island were contacted about initial issue but we have to refer this one to ******* to handle issues directly as they are typically diagnosed and serviced remotely as they are wifi controlled and can be logged into and fixed.  BBQ Island only sells the product, we do not service or install grills, as this is handled directly by the manufacturer. or installed by customer contractor.  If for some reason the manufacturer ******* grills determines it needs to be replaced they will send out a new one but 99 out of *********************************** user error.  Any questions, please contact us at **********

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, ********************** has not provided any resolution as of yet.  I will wait for the Memphis Grills to respond, if it does, I will consider this complaint resolved.
